The artist retains copyrights to the imagery after all sales.
Artwork cannot be reproduced for sale or profit in any manner without express
written consent from the artist. This includes paintings, prints and images
shown on EBAY or on websites on the internet and printed material.
why?
Artists work for years on improving their techniques and building a reputation. Taking images and making a profit out of MY WORK is ILLEGAL. When an artist has no control of where and when and how their work is displayed they can actually loose their reputation and devaluate their work. The reason artist work's go up in value is due to a constant control on the quality of their ideas, images and products. It is every artist's intent that owning their artwork is an investment and a privilege .In a world of mass produced items to own something no other person has is a privilege. To be unique, to allow a person to become a collector that can proudly display an artist work. Please help keep the integrity of MY ARTWORK AND PRODUCTS. If you wish to carry my products, or have my products or artwork displayed in your business store or website you can contact me and let me know. I also can license the images for you to produce and we can discuss the terms and cost so that we ALL can profit. I am a fair person I hope you are too. Thank you.
